Sunday School

8:45-9:40 a.m. 

Children’s Sunday School (Education Wing, Classroom 14)
Our children’s Sunday School class is from 8:45-9:40. We explore stories from scripture and how they apply to children’s lives. Expect the stories to come alive through object lessons, music, interactive games, and crafts.  

Adult Small Group (Education Wing, Cup of Grace room)
This is for adults who want to gather before the 9:45 service to discuss life and faith over a cup of coffee. Class meets in the far back room, Cup of Grace.

9:45-10:45 a.m. 

Elizabeth Cannon Hall (Fellowship Hall, Classroom 1)
Adults who meet for informal discussion of scripture. Topics that relate to events today as we examine our discipleship.

Embers (Prayer Chapel, Room 6)
This is a class for women who endeavor to draw closer to God through Bible-related study and prayer.

Endeavor (Classroom 12)
This class for the young at heart and parents with children at home has used the NOOMA series, videos geared to 21st Century Christians dealing with 21st Century issues, and a literature with contemporary themes for discipleship.

John Wesley (Church Library, Room 13)
This class, comprised of mature men, uses the Adult Bible Study Series to discuss scripture and its relevance to current events in a small group format.

New Beginnings/Open Door (Fellowship Hall, Classroom 4)
This adult class discusses various questions of faith and living.  Join them for stimulating conversation and fellowship.

11:00-12:00 a.m. 

Friends in Faith (Fellowship Hall, Classroom 4)
Join this discussion class which studies contemporary books on Christian living, and considers scriptural foundations for these topics.  Traveling Light by Max Lucado, When Christians Get it Wrong and Seeing Gray in a World of Black and White by Adam Hamilton are recent discussion books.
